Hi Michal,
I am happy to say that SubSync portable version subsync-0.17.0-portable-amd64.exe works on Linux with Wine 9.0 after Wine automatically downloads some .NET stuff before running SubSync.
I hope you will add that method to your project page installation options. I have made a donation and I thank you for your fine work.
